my room included a refrigerator and a microwave, a big plus for storing snacks. the room also featured many power sockets, convenient for charging devices. i found the guest laundry facility to be a very useful amenity. breakfast was a real bonus, especially because it was included in the price.
The window in my room only opened about three inches. I would have liked a little more fresh air.

I found the breakfast had really good value! The guest laundry was an added bonus. I really appreciated the very spacious room. It had a kitchen and was cleaned daily. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
I noticed the pillows were intensely soft, so I had to sleep on a towel, this was very insignificant.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. I noticed self-service coffee, hot chocolate, and tea are available all day. This is very pleasant!!! It is easy to get relaxed after a long day visiting tourist attractions.

The complimentary breakfast is served daily and offers a good selection. I found the young host named Jorge to be very kind. He was considerate and always helped everyone. He also asked where everyone was from.

a superb lodging experience

the staff seemed friendly and helpful. breakfast had many options. the room was spacious, and housekeeping provided extra towels promptly when needed. the cleaning crew also did very fine work. i found the attentiveness of the staff and the cleanliness to be notable assets. i really check here first for availability.
the sofa bed quality seemed poor. it seemed uncomfortable, and the mattress felt thin. also, it made a very loud creaking sound

The situation proved quite convenient. Penn station is just a four-minute walk. the area provided convenient access to much that one hopes to see. times square is easily walkable from here.

The breakfast was acceptable. Nothing special, nothing awful.
it seemed like a competitive sport to get into one. There was always a crowd. the room cleaning was spotty. Some days it was thorough, other days they barely emptied the trash. not sure what determined the level of service. Perhaps it was the phase of the moon.

It included a single pull out sofa chair. the street facing room had minimal noise issues. we used the complimentary breakfast. it included hot items, toast, bread, and cereal. the staff kept the areas clean. they stocked it efficiently in a friendly manner.
